We gave her some pain killers before put her knee in a cast and did the blood transfusion.

"Ok so your daughter's knee is broken, she had to have a blood transfusion, and she's pregnant. We're putting her on bedrest for a couple months to make sure the baby is ok, she can either stay here or go home."
