I saw a clearing area and started rowing us to it, and once we were at the shore, I jumped out and pulled the boat more to the shore so it didn't drift off while we were hear. I held my hand out to her once it was stable.

I got the fire going and got our food supplies secure before grabbing the machete and the traps. "Hopefully, more food," I muttered.
