"The virus doesn't kill you, not really, that's the big secret. So the people who have been cured, but are dead weren't alive when they turned. The virus turns everyone when they're immune system gets weak enough for it to."

"The walkers aren't really dead well the majority of them aren't the virus does have the ability to reanimate flesh, but the majority of them aren't dead in a way it's like they're in a deep hypnosis or puppets, they don't have control over their actions, like in Supernatural when someone gets possessed."
