Natalie POV

"Thanks," I mumbled quietly.

I kissed her head again before sliding into my seat. "You're welcome," I said, putting my seatbelt on and started up the car again.

"Sorry about the nightmare, I probably freaked you out," I said still talking quietly.

"It's fine," I said as I pulled out of the curb.

I nodded slightly.

"You gonna be okay?"

I nodded again.

I nodded. "Good."

"Yeah."

"Is there anything you want to talk about?"

I bit my lip and thought for a minute, then took a deep breath, "The Djinn's poison stuff didn't last very long with me so instead of just poisoning me into seeing happy things he threatened my family if I tried to escape, he would use that short amount of time he had when the poison worked on me to show me him killing someone I cared about every time I tried to escape."

I tightened my grip on the wheel. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."

"Not your fault."

"I know, but I wish I could... do something!"

"It's ok Tony, I'm use to it."

"I know, but I wish I could just be able to help for once."

"You have helped me."

I shrugged half-heartedly.

"You've been there for me, you've calmed me down."

I nodded.

"You've helped a lot."
