City in the Sky

lenora: "Sure! Is John coming too? It's fun watching him stare between the two of us trying to figure out if we're messing with him or not."
Mads: I found my car and drove to the hospital.

Sherlock: "No, he's running errands, but there is another person you will meet."
Tristan: I walked down the halls, trying to find the stairs down. That's what he told me. Once I find the bottom floor, I'll be closer than ever to waking up. Right now, I was on the second floor. I think I was in a hospital, but everything was white, and the only things that had color were my clothes, me, and the skylight. It, of course, showed a blue sky. My guess was, that it was heaven. It was three more floors up.
Where I was? I was guessing somewhere in between alive and not.

Lenora: "who?"
Mads: They let me in after I explained who I was.

Sherlock: "A friend of mine, Molly Hooper."
Tristan: I was the only one here. Occasionally, others would come by, but on the first floor, then they'd leave. I think people came here when they were in comas. I could hear people in the living world when they talked to me.

Lenora: "Cool!"
Mads: I sat by Tristian's bed and slipped my hand in his.

Sherlock: "Come on."
Tristan: I looked down at my hand. It felt warm. It felt like Madison was holding it. I smiled. She found me. I looked up, more determined than ever to find the stairs.I just wish I had something to guide me.

Lenora: "Race ya!" I sprinted downstairs.
Mads: I whispered in his ear a bit, just random things about the baby and that I loved him.

Sherlock: I walked down the stairs.
Tristan: I started running. I never noticed it until now, but the voice, Mads voice, seemed to be coming from somewhere. It was a guide. I followed it.

Lenora: I stopped once I was outside.
Mads: I kept whispering and felt a few tears slip.

((I can't stop laughing! My twinner is talking in his Batman and Arnold Schwarzenegger voice!))

Sherlock: I walked out soon after her.
Tristan: I found it. The stairway. I practically jumped down them, still following her voice.

lenora: "I clearly won."
Mads: I felt more tears slip and kept whispering.

Sherlock: "I know."
Tristan: I kept following, and soon found a door named exit. I stopped in front of it. "My heart is my guide," I whispered before walking through the door. The next thing I knew, I was opening my eyes.

Lenora: "good."
Mads: I was still whispering, I hadn't seen his eyes open.

Sherlock: "Do you want to hail a cab?"
Tristan: Suddenly, all these machines attached to me hurt. I could breath on my own, and this machine wouldn't let me talk, not that I could always. I couldn't move my muscles though, just my eyes. I could hear my heart rate monitor pick up from probably my fear that this machine would suffocate me.

Lenora: I nodded and hailed a cab.
Mads: I looked up and immediately called a nurse in.

Sherlock: I watched as one pulled up.
Tristan: I kinda watched as a nurse walked in.

Lenora: I got in.
Mads: I held onto his hand and watched the nurse.

Sherlock: I opened the door for her.
Tristan: She took Tue breaking machine out, and I let out a deep breath of relief. My monitor started to calm down.

Lenora: I sat down in one of the seats and looked at the cabbie
Mads: "hi."

Sherlock: I climbed in after her. "St. Barts," I told him.
Tristan: I couldn't move anything. I couldn't even move my lips to smile. I just looked at her.

lenora: I looked out the window.
Mads: "You're going to be ok."

Sherlock: I started at nothing, just deep in thought.
Tristan: Not being able to do anything made me frustrated! Suddenly, a nurse walked in. She had a large iPad in her hands. She pulled out my table and set the iPad in front of me. "There's an app on here that has a keyboard with optical recognition. All you have to do is stare at a letter long enough for it to be types."

Lenora: I watched people while they walked.
Mads: I watched him.

Sherlock: Soon, we came to a stop.
Tristan: She set it up. I tested it a bit after she left. [How you doin'?] I typed.

Lenora: I got out, cars were too confined.
Mads: I smiled a tiny bit, "I'm alright."
