Cheese

"So... What DO you normally go by?"

"Well, I DO normally go by Calvin, but I sometimes go by Cheese or The Cheese."

((I was waiting for you to post, then I realised I hadn't posted....))\
"Oh.. well, Anyways, Why are you here? Really." I asked hoping he would tell the truth.

"This is where I come when I need to distress. You?" I said.

I tilted my head and smiled. "Me too! Too bad it's getting torn down soon..."

I gulped. "It is?" I asked in despair.

"You didn't hear? well... if you didn't, why didn't notice all of the boarded up windows and doors? How did you even get in?" I asked in rapid succession.

"The back door was unlocked. And it's always like this. And if everything is locked up and no one can get in, how did YOU get in?" I say, making it up as I go.

(("Said" Instead of "Say"... Maybe?))
"I climbed in through the window because the door WASN'T unlocked. I would've just gone through the door if I could have."

"R-really? I-I don't know what you're talking about!" I stammer. Crap. She's on to me!

I just stood there. Something seemed to mess with my powers. It felt like I couldn't stay invisible for much longer. But I had to stay invisible, she couldn't find out about my powers. I heard the girl gasp and knew my powers had stopped. "Uh... Hey?" I said awkwardly. She gasped again. I looked at Calvin uncertainly. What was I supposed to do now?

"Uh... Tada!!! Welcome back, um... Daniel!" I say, hesitating just a little, forgetting Cheesy's name for a second.

I froze. What was I supposed to do? It felt like I was one of those anime characters, just frozen when they get caught doing something. "Um, hey... Calvin..."

"So, how are you" I asked, trying to buy time.

"Uh... Good..." I managed. The girl seemed like... Irel... She wasn't, was she? Suddenly my vision went black. I was still standing up though. I could feel the ground beneath my feet. It cleared slowly... Sorta. The things around the girl were blurry and dark but she wasn't. I glanced at Calvin. I couldn't see him. I looked back at where she was. She didn't look like she did before. She now looked like Irel. But something was off. She... Seemed clear. It was just an illusion. "Calvin! It's just an illusion! It's really Irel causing it from a remote location!"

I looked at Cheesy. His eyes were wide open, staring straight at-no, through- Tina, though he had said it was Irel. He glanced back at me and I saw that his eye's were green, not blue like usual. "Say what?" I said.

I kept looking back between them. I could only see Irel. It was as if I was blind except for that one spot. "I meant what I said Calvin. It's just an illusion. I can see it, and only it. I can't see anything else, not even the background behind her. The illusion is made by Irel from wherever the heck she really is." I wasn't sure what to do. Calvin obviously didn't believe me. I could hear it in his voice. His voice seemed closer now, probably because people who were blind had better hearing than others. I hoped this wasn't permanent. If it was it could be a really incredibly lame power.

I looked at Cheesy. That's it, I just looked at him. "So, you can't see me, but you can see through the illusion? Sweet." I said. I closed my eyes for a long time. Suddenly I realized that even though my eyes were closed, I could still see.

"Uh, Calvin, I think we need to go... Can you teleport us somewhere?" I paused. I was looking at the illusion still, after all, it was all I could see. How had she found us? Has she just had a feeling or had she known? "Calvin, get us out of here!" I had no idea where he was. I moved my arms searching for him. Where on Earth was he?

"Ok, just hold on!" I tell him, turning so he was in the middle of my sight. With my eyes closed, I could see everything. But I somehow knew that only if something was in the front of my sight could I actually see it with my eyes. I opened my eyes and lunged at him saying, " HOLD ON!" I teleported to my room on the helicarrier as soon as I got to him. We landed on my bed, thankfully, so we didn't hurt our selves.

I still couldn't see anything. I really didn't like it. Suddenly my vision snapped back. It faded again. It was getting annoying... Fast. "I'm gonna go get Tony..." I mumbled. I ran into the door as my vision went black again. I managed to get it open. My vision came back. As soon as I walked out of the door my sight was gone again. I bumped into someone.
"Woah." Someone said. It sounded like Tony. "Hey you okay? You look freaked out and your eyes and kinda... Glowing green..." He grabbed my arms, keeping me still. My sight popped back.
"Uh, Tony..." I didn't know how to explain it to him. Calvin went ahead and explained it.

"We were at an old church house and Irel some how projected an illusion and tricked me, but Cheesy got another power. Now he can see through illusions, but it seems to be going haywire! We have to help!" I close my eyes and look for Irel. She isn't in her cell! My eyes pop open. "Irel's not here! She escaped!" 
Tony looks at me. "How? We check on her every five minuets!"
 Panic spreads across my face. No. I think to myself.

My sight was gone again. There seemed to be energy inside the cell. She'd used an illusion to trick them. "Well Tony, I'm afraid you've been tricked. She used an illusion. I bet she got rid of a wall, left, then put it back, It's the only logical explanation." Suddenly the hellicarrier lurched. What was going on?
Everyone onboard was shouting at once. I could hear the shouting loudly. "What was that?" Tony asked.
Suddenly the intercom came on. "Something has messed with the fans, someone needs to go fix it." 
Calvin was suddenly lifted into the air. Irel. She must be using her telekinesis!

"CHEESY, IT'S HAPPANING!!!" I yelled, being pulled through the Helicarrier. "HELP!!!"

My sight was still gone but I lunged in the direction of his voice. I couldn't let this happen. Suddenly I could see him again. I ran at full speed but I couldn't catch up to him. "Calvin!" I screamed. Irel couldn't do this, not after all those years as friends. What happened to make her like this? I only knew I had to save my friend.
