"But that isn't as much fun," I said smiling.

I smiled back. "But you can't have too much sugar in your bloodstream for the prodecure, so I'm afraid it's the only option."

"okay okay fine."

"Yeah. So did yoiu want to get started?"

"Sure. What do you need me to do?"

"Uh... lay on a bed? There's not a whole lot you have to do physically, only mentally."

I nodded and walked over to the bed then laid down on my back.

I stepped over to her, looking carefully over her. "This could take some time. We'll see."

"Okay," I said, I was a bit nervous, but did my best to hide it.

I laid one hand on her abdominal muscles, and another on her forehead. "Alright, let's figure out what we're dealing with." I closed my eyes, my mind slipping into hers. I started searching for a sparkplug.

I did my best to stay still it wasn't my strong suit, but I was determined.

I kept searching. "I'm gonna ermove the barrier I put on earlier... that alright?"

"It's fine I can deal with her for a bit."

"Alright." I quickly undid the sparkplug. It was easy, since the Olympians used rather rudimentary means of doing 'magic'. They used binary code, so tri-seg was easily enough to beat them away. But you can't break the laws of physics, so some comprimises had to be made. "Alright, brace yourself."

I nodded and closed my eyes getting ready.

I could feel Aphrodite enter the room, starting to pester Olivia. I hurried to work; I hated the idea of that monster being anywhere near Olivia, never mind inside her head.

I did my best to ignore Aphrodite, she was just a little brat, and what she said didn't matter.

I half-smiled as I found the sparkplug. It was buried deep, for Olympians, but for me, it was barely beneaeth the surface. "Wow, this is one of the more complex sparkplugs I've seen, from Olympians, at least."

"Nice to know," I mumbled with my eyes still closed.

"They worked hard on you... how did you get so high on their to-hate roster?" I worked hard, eliminating the one-zero sequence easily, but slowly and carefully. If I did one thing wrong, she could become a catatonic.

"By existing."

I chuckled. "Good enough..." I squeezed her forehead a bit. THis was more than just a sparkplug. THey'd implanted a physical device in her brain. I could irradicate the sparkplug, but the device would be a bit more difficult... I decided not to tell her quite yet, though.

"Do I need to concentrate on a personality?"

"Yeah... that would help."

"Ok." I quickly started concentrating on the personality I wanted.
