There was a puppy in the bush! It was small and malnourished, but still! I held my hand down where it could smell it then carefully picked it up when it nuzzled my hand.

((Yeah... and I'm a singer, but singing is pretty much the only good way for me to express emotions... besides... well, that's why I always have my characters kiss the girls; they don't know what else to do.))
