I had never admitted to liking someone like that... Normally the secret just got around and then I confirmed it when confronted. Maybe he needed to be asked. A yes or no type thing. But, what if he said no? That would be awkward... I sat there, staring at his banjo as I over thought different unlikely scenarios.
(((Sorry, I know my post won't help your character very much.... My character is too afraid of getting a "No," though, so, she won't be asking for a while.)))
