"Back off."

I looked around. "This is American architecture," I muttered."How long were we out for?" I asked, hoping to distract him from Madison.

"At least we're in the same country."

I nodded and looked around. "Hmm... I estimate it wasn't so long, maybe an hour." I got popped again. "Shut up!" The man growled.

"I think you're right."

He turned to Madison. "You just got out of the hospital. I don't think Tristan would appreciate it if you went back so soon."

"Well it seems like I'm going to be going back anyway."

He shrugged. "Fair." I started struggling. "What do you want? Why are we here?"

"Probably blackmail," I muttered, then looked around as stuff started floating. Looks like Lenora got Christine's message.

He walked out of my vision range behind me. When he came back, he had two needles. "This'll make you forget quite a bit," he muttered. He set one down and turned to me. He seemed to have not noticed Lenora's presence. "The third most dangerous person in the world... not so dangerous after all!" He plunged the needle into my arm and injected me with whatever was in it.

Lenora: I couldn't get the needles to fly away soon enough.

I threw my head back and held back a yell. "What's the total now? Two weeks, three days, seven hours and fourty-seven minutes of memories lost in total? Christine, this isn't the first time we've met." He turned to Madison. He pulled out a marker and started writing on her arm. "This is her total memory loss time, I like her to keep a record."

Lenora: I could bring their memories back, I know I could. I quietly slipped out of the shadows then made the marker write on his forehead, "I like to keep track of how many idiots I beat up."

He pulled out a gun and pointed it at Lenora, which we all knew was a desperate move. Meanwhile, my head felt like it was going to burst. I closed my eyes and tried to minimize the writhing.

"Really a gun? Do you not know who I am?"

"I know a lot about you, Lenora Holmes." He turned around and shot the bullet toward Madison's leg. Nothing fatal, bit just something that would hurt a lot!

I made the gun fly out of his grip before he could injure anyone else, "Good for you, is using my full name supposed to scare me?"

"Not necessarily. Now, what are you going to do? It's one against an entire building."

I locked all the doors into this room and barricaded them then undid Christine's restraints, "More like two against one."

The most I could do was roll off the metal plate. I was still in agony. How long does it take for memories to be erased?!

I handed Christine a vial that would stop her memories from being erased and get rid of her headache, "Here."

I breathe in deeply before gathering the strength to open the bottle and down the contents.

"It'll take a bit to work."

I nodded. The guy had backed away from Lenora and to a table with all sorts of whatever's on it. He pulled out a vial and threw it on the ground, at Lenora's feet.

I forced the fumes away from me. Thanks to my biological dad I had practice with pushing away dangerous toxins.
