Nothing Left to Say

"They're being disrespectful." I walked up to the four guys.

I quickly followed her, despite knowing them all too well. They stopped talking abruptly when they saw Nat.

"Do you realize where you are?"

The leader, Ted Jackson smirked at Nat. It made me disgusted to know how he was just gonna tune her out and why he was acting this way. "Why, yes, I do, miss," he said slyly, walking up to her.

"Well then I would suggest fixing your behavior. Immediately. I'm positive that you lost someone."

"Miss, we all lost someone, why do you think we're acting this way? We don't care anymore," he said. I growled then walked over to them, and pushed him away from Nat. "Show some respect!" He looked down at me. His eyes were peered, then widened, along with his grin. "Well, well, if it isn't the little Hart!" he jeered loudly. The stench coming off of him was awful and reminded me of my childhood, which made it more awful.

"You should be being respectful. And I am not someone you want to mess with."

He looked at Nat like he just realized she was there. "What's a pretty girl like you doing with a loser like him," Ted jabbed his finger into my chest. I wanted to punch him so bad, but I was afraid it would be disrespectful.

"I find it interesting that you think he's the loser between the two of us. I started the apocalypse," I said turning my eyes black.

He jumped back and yelled "DEVIL!" I snorted. "Not quite."

"Try demon."

He and another guy pulled out a knife and they rushed at us.

I had them disarmed and on the ground in seconds.

I blocked one from aiming a punch at me and flipped him over my shoulder.

I looked at the knife and scoffed a bit.

I looked at Nat and offered her my arm. "Shall we?"

"One second." I made eye contact with the guy who I had taken the knife from and stabbed myself in the arm, then took it out without flinching.

I jumped back and tripped over myself.

I dropped the knife I glared at the boys, "Don't come near me or my fiance again."

I quickly got up and walked over to her.

I walked away with him and wrapped the wound up.

I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and got in the driver's side.

I got passenger.

I started up the truck.

I leaned back.
