Cheese

((Whoa.... nice!)) I had been sitting in the rain all night, and I wasn't cold, which wasn't all that weird, except that because of where I was sitting and how the wind was blowing, I should have been shivering my butt off, but I was still as warm as ever. Maybe it had something to do with me being a Pyromaniac, I thought to myself, smiling a little. I lit my finger on fire, just for fun, but the rain made quick work with it. I sighed. I should probably find Cheesy. The rain started to subside, and I looked up and saw that I had been out all night. Aw, crap! I sigh. I closed my eyes, looking for Cheesy's electricity amongst all of Manhattan, meaning, I wasn't going to have much luck. Suddenly, I found him. Ecstatic, I teleported down to where he was, but just outside the door. I knocked on it and waited.

There was a knock on the door. Jasmine, as that turned out to be her name, answered to door. It was Calvin.
"How the heck did you find me here?" I shouted at him from her kitchen.

"Uh..." Uh oh... He wasn't happy to see me. I feigned shivering. "I g-g-got c-c-cold and I f-f-figured I m-might as well s-see if I could st-stay h-here unt-til I was warm." I wondered if I had over done it, until I actually started shivering. I had literally lost all warmth once I started acting cold. It was weird.

"Dude, it's freaking daytime. Go home." I told him then turning to Jasmine I told her, "Thanks for letting me spend the night here." Then walked outside. "Dude that was NOT cool!" I shouted after she closed the door. Calvin flinched but I wasn't done. "You ignored me, then you come and ruin things here! I had though I'd finally hit it off with a girl, but no, you come blubbering in there like a baby walrus!" I proceed to yell some more insults.

"B-but I really a-am c-cold!" I tell him, still shivering. I couldn't stop! Suddenly I was steaming, literally steaming. I was burning up, but not on fire! Cheesy stared at me like I was crazy. "Look, I'm sorry for ignoring you, but I-I don't know what I was doing, ok? I was scared, I acted rashly, but I'm sorry!" I say.

I sighed. I wanted to stay mad at him but I just couldn't. "You should have gone back to the helicarrier. I might have gotten her number had you not shown up." I said sadly.

"I'm sorry. Here, I'll make it up to you. Go invisible." I say, turning and knocking on the door. She opened up. "Hi, sorry to bother you again, but could I get your phone number for my friend? I want to make it up to him, barging in before he could properly thank you." I tell her.

My jaw dropped as he went up there. To my amazement and surprise she took out a piece of paper and wrote down her number. I was glad I was invisible because my face felt hot and was obviously bright red.

((Lol... nice)) "Thanks! I'm sure you'll hear from him soon!" I tell her, smiling. She smiles back as she shut the door. I turned and grinned at Cheesy. He was grinning back.

"What the heck dude? You just walked up and asked for it!" I cried. My face was still red. Before he said anything I spoke up. "Let's just go back to the helicarrier." I said, taking the number from him.

I shrugged. "Want me to teleport us there?" I ask.

"Uh, sure." I said while casting another glance at Jasmine's house. He grabbed my wrist, which had become a familiar thing, and next thing we knew we were in the hellicarrier. Except we were standing on the project that Tony was working on. I fell off his worktable and then Calvin was shoved off it.
"What the heck is wrong with you two?" He shouted, picking up his thing.
"I was his fault!" I shouted, pointing at Calvin.

"SORRY!" I yell, rubbing my head from hitting it on the floor. It wasn't bleeding, but it sure did hurt.

I got up to my feet. "What are you making?" I asked Tony, taking his thing from him.
"None of your business, you'll find out soon enough." He said, taking it from my hands.
"Whatever.' I paused. I looked at all of the things on the table. "You gonna be using these?" I asked piling a bunch of things on the desk.
"Take whatever you want and get out." He snapped. I gathered the things and raced to my room, ignoring everyone who I passed.

Cheesy left me there with Tony, but I quickly left, following Cheesy to his room.

I set all the stuff on the floor and started clicking things together. Calvin watched me silently. My fingers moved quickly. It was weird, I didn't even need to think about where to put things my fingers just did it. I knew what I was making. A cellphone. If I want to talk to Jasmine then I'd need a phone of my own. And how better to get one than to make it?

"What on earth are you making?" I asked as he put the random pieces together. It was starting to look more and more like a... Cell phone?

I pressed the last piece on. All that was left was painting it. I left it on the floor and ran back to Tony's workroom. "You have spray paint?" I asked as I opened the door. He pointed to a shelf on the far wall. "Can I take some?"
"Whatever kid, no one's stopping you." He replied in monotone. I grabbed some black and blue. I also took a piece of cardboard and an x-acto knife. I went back to my room quickly and went to work again. I painted the phone case black, let it dry, then made a stencil shaped like the design on the suit Tony had made me and added a blue dragon to the phone case. I sat back and examined my work. It was done.

"Whoa, dude! Can you make me one?!" I ask enthusiastically. It looks amazing!

My mind was on a whole different level. "Should I call her now or later? Would it be weird to call her this soon?"

"Um, maybe you should make me a phone, then call her. If you call her right now, it might be a little weird." I told him, hoping he would make me a phone like his.

I sighed. I stood back up and walked into Tony's workroom... again.
"Oh my gosh, take what you need and stay out!" Tony shouted at me.
"Sorry!" I cried. I grabbed the parts I needed. "What colors and design?" I asked Calvin.

((XD)) "Black, with a red and orange dragon." I said.

"Okay." I said and grabbed the colors. I nearly dropped them but my quick reflexes saved it. I went back to my room and went to work. Within an hour I was done. "Take your phone." I paused. "Should I now?" I asked about calling her.

"Thanks! And, yes, calling her now would be most logical." I said, admiring his work. It was amazing. He did an amazing job!
