I shrugged. I really didn't care one way or another right now. My head was pounding, each throb like a million needles stabbing my brain in multiple places. I tried to relax but realized that I didn't really know how to. I really hadn't needed to before. The only times I'd been able to relax was when I was ditching school and laying in grass at the park. That was relaxing to me. But whenever someone else is near me I become uptight, a high-strung mess. I can never be around people without worrying about snapping and killing them. Even when I'm around Lenn it still has me worried.
