MARCH!?! Okay then...

"He probably had a bad feeling. I do too, plus I just got a weird message," I signed back suddenly glad I had decided to learn sign language.

"Really? Luckily, weird messages are my bread and butter, if you don't include hiding in plain sight, acting, fighting, resourcefulness, and speaking many different languages," I signed.

"Actually the message was pretty clear, the weird part was how I got it," I signed back, Ace was probably pretty confused, "Also you can talk if you want I can understand British accents."

"I'll put in the one working hearing aid so I can hear myself," I signed before digging into my pockets. "Hmm, testing, testing," I said aloud. This was really weird and irritating, but at least I could hear myself, which wasn't bad.
"Alright, down to business. How did you get the message?" I asked.

I carefully took the small earpiece out of my ear, "With this the weird part is only the agency and my partner," Luke's cover hadn't been blown yet no need to blow it, "can contact me on it."

"And... someone else that isn't the agency or Luke contacted you?" I guessed. "Sorry, but I know how to connect the dots and bug a room. Double agent, remember?" I asked, raising my hands in defense.

"I was trying not to blow his cover, but yeah it wasn't either of them."

"Where's Luke?" I demanded, butting right into the conversation. "And Rachell. Where's Rachell? Have you seen her?" I asked quickly. I had a terrible hunch that she had to do with this feeling. "I have this feeling, and I can't shake it, where is she?"

"That's what my message was about, they have Rachell," I said to Ace then turned to Christine, "They want all three of us."

"Whose they?" I shouted. I felt like something inside me had not only snapped, but shattered. "I'll kill them! What did they do to her? What do they want with her?" My breathing was deeper, my anger was coming out. "Does Luke know?" I was panicking now. I was desperate. I couldn't let whoever they were hurt her. I had to protect her. I had to be able to protect someone. Tears were forming in my eyes. I managed to put my head in my hands, even though I was standing with my crutches. If they so much as leave on scratch on her, I swear, I will hunt every last one of them down and kill them. I didn't care if I got arrested, I would do it anyway.

"Calm down, Ace. With our combined intelligence and skill and as long as we stick together, we'll all be okay and rescue Rachell," I said.

"You can't kill them that isn't our job, ok Ace calm down. I'm upset too, but we all need to calm down and focus I don't know who they are. I'm going home to track the message you can come with if you want, both of you."

I didn't tell them what I was thinking. They wouldn't let me come if I told them. Maybe I wouldn't kill them... But I could still find plenty of ways to make them feel pain, all of the worst kind. The'd messed with the wrong girl. If they were gonna mess with her, they were gonna have me coming after them not long after. "I'm coming. I have to help her." Because I love her, I thought to myself. No one would hurt her. Soon I wanted to make a promise like that to her face, promise to always be there and protect her. Always.

"Okay, but shouldn't we warn Luke, and Anna? If it is who I think it is, and I crossed them, they won't stop at anything," I said.

"I'll send him a message, but he probably already knows. I need to track this as soon as possible. So can we please hurry?"

I tried to calm down but it wasn't working. "Let's find her. Hurry up!" I cried. I couldn't imagine what they could be doing to her. My gosh. Rachell... I'll find you. I swear on my life, we'll find you. I wont let them hurt you. I swear it, I thought to myself. That made me feel a bit better. I would keep that promise, even if I'd just made it with myself.

"Alright! Allons y!" I said excitedly. "That's my favorite phrase of French, not sure why, though," I said in a lower voice.

"Do we have a faster way to get to my house other then walking?"

"Running." I snapped sarcastically. "No, unless one of you have a car, we don't." I paused. I glanced at Christine. "We don't, do we?"

"Hmm, let me think. How do you feel about a motor cycle? I have two at my place that's about a minute jog from here," I said.

"Motorcycles sound good let's go!"

I shrugged. I was faster than running and than walking, but one, possible, slight problem. I wasn't sure I could bend my knee that much.

I glanced at Ace and could tell what he was thinking, "I can drive so can Christine you can ride with either of us."

"I'll lead, if we run, it's less time!" I said, breaking into a run, then stopped. "Of, course, how could I have so thoughtless? Ace, I don't have a crutch, just another cane!" I said, feeling my coat.
