((I think bipolar would be a good description of Lenora if she gets angry enough she can get brutal just a warning.))

Pete got up and grabbed me again. He threw me on the ground and picked me up. I instinctually let out five hundred volts. "Stupid stupid toy!" He whacked me against the house, caving in the wall.

I got up and growled. "Pete, calm down, man." "NO!!! IT WAS PLAYTIME!!! I WAS MAKING PRETTY NOISES!!!" I backed up. "You want pretty noises?" "YEAH!" I grabbed my banjo off a seat and started playing Bach's suite for an unnaccompanied cello #1: Prelude. He calmed down a bit, breathiung heavily as he fell on his rump, then fell unconscious.

I closed my eyes and poked around in Pete's mind for a bit (metaphorically of course) finally I found something weird and carefully corrected it. "Sorry Jay," I said opening my eyes and fixing it again.

I looked over at Christine. "Uh... thanks? I'm not incapable of defending myself. He surprised me, that's all. MOst times he can't hurt e that much..." I was lying; I wouldn't lay a finger on Pete. He saved my life, and I couldn't bring myself to defend myself. It just felt so wrong... I owed him so much.
