"Just leave me alone! I made my choice and you can't change my mind!" I yelled glaring at the girl who use to be my best friend once she flinched I turned around and started walking away unluckily for me She was relentless.

"What about your parents?! They're the leaders of this side! The side you belong on!" She yelled back I could tell she was getting desperate and she didn't realize it until I turned to face her, but her words had sent me over the edge and I snapped.

The look in my eye must've been scary because she shrunk back while I practically growled at her, "Don't you EVER tell me which side I belong on AGAIN." She gave a weak nod, but that wasn't enough for me, "Swear that you'll never tell me where I should be again."

"I-I can't," she stuttered fear evident in her face, that was it, the last straw, my vision went red and I shot her in the stomach I heard her gasp out of shock and whimper from the pain, but I didn't help her, my fingers closed around the transporter and as I left I couldn't help but wonder how I could've done that to my best friend, then I remember she wasn't my friend anymore she was my enemy and she needed to be taken out. It was for the best. Or should I say the worst.

'11/15/2026 Hi, so my name's Olivia Matthews well Livi, I figured you would want to know since we'll probably be spending a lot of time together, this is weird, I'm acting like I'm talking to a friend when really I'm writing in a book...

So umm anyways my parents got you for me because we just switched to the other base on our side, we call ourselves the good side and the other side the bad side, but who really knows anymore... Moving on. My parents decided I should keep a journal you know for posterity and stuff (you know if I live through this war and actually have kids), but also because they know it normally takes a bit for me to make friends so they figured it would be good for me to have someone umm I mean something to rant to, that would be you. So yeah, that's my life at the moment I'll keep you updated. Bye, ttyl. Ps this is really weird...'

I put my pen down and closed the brand new journal my parents thought I needed and decided to explore the compound, I mean I might as well get to know the new place right? Right. Great now I'm talking to myself, that's almost as bad as talking to a book... I mean it's not like anyone's actually reading my thoughts, wait. Or are they...... ok Livi that's enough superstitious weirdo stuff, time to go. I shook my head slightly to clear it then stood up and took a deep breath only to almost be knocked over right as I stepped out the door, Awesome...

"Sorry!! Gotta run!!" The girl yelled over her shoulder not even looking back. I was confused until I saw ten to fifteen other kids my age chasing after her. Well this place is interesting already. I didn’t know if I should follow them or not luckily or unluckily for me, depends on how you look at it, my decision was made for me when some of the kids came back and basically kidnapped me.

((I can write villains, if I know what their luck. Try coming up with a personality stats, it's like a name, age, appearance, how they act, that sort of thing. Find out what motivates them, the sheer joy of watching their enemies' blood being spilt or something that darkens their past? If so, what or why?))

That's good. Hmm... try keeping that mentality state in tact when writing that character. Find their voice and understand it.
