Dragon Born (February's RP)

((eggs. Maybe a mother or father dragon in one or all the caves, but only one adult dragon per cave))

Reg: I nodded slightly, "A little."

((Is the adult going to die or something?))

(( most likely. And adult dragons can shift to human form))

((Oki!))

Dannial: "I'm not a wimp, I'm just cautious," I said before following Sage down the rope into the cave/hole.

Sage: "Uh huh."

(( my nails look awesome. Who knew gel pens were so amazing? ))
Dannial: "Whatever," I muttered before turning my attention to the hole like cavern. It was much bigger than I'd originally thought, with the chamber extending a good fifteen feet in one direction, the floor sloping down the farther away from the hole it got.

((brb, I haven't actually done school yet... I'll get back on in about an hour and a half, two hours, k? ))

"No, not really. Are you okay?" I grabbed her hand and looked her in the eye. "Listen, I'm sorry. I understand if you don't want to date me, but just, let me know."

I turned after getting a response from Regan, towards the movement. I saw a large tail slither behind it, at first to me I thought it was a snake so I just followed it. I quickly jumped in front of the rock to look at the snake, I jumped and froze in place as i realized it wasn't a snake.

Reg: I quickly followed, then froze too, "Wow..."

I instantly fell backwards on my hind and looked up as the large lizard stared down at us. I hesitated, "R-r.. r-re.. gu-hhh.." I stuttered, I couldn't speak.

Reg: "I don't think it wants to hurt us..."

I watched and stared as it snorted smoke with a small motherly grunt. She used her snout to lift me back on my feet. As I carefully wiped myself off I looked back up at the Lizard as it yawned, showing her big shiny white teeth. Her breath reeked of whatever she had eaten last. She looked at me once more before spinning me around so my back was facing her, then grabbed me by the collar of my shirt. I kicked and wiggled, trying anything I could to get out of her grasp as she started to walk to the other side of the cave. "Regan!" I yelled for help.

I chased after him and the dragon.

As we got to the other side of the cave, she dropped me down into, a nest? I quickly got up and wiped myself off. When I looked back up I saw giant oval eggs,  I almost screamed but i held it in. "Regan..." I whispered. I searched around the two eggs before I heard a sudden crack. I froze in place with a tiny yelp.

I looked at the mom, then climbed in the nest and stood by Kar.

I kept hearing the egg crack and crack until I could here a tiny squeal come from one of them. Then the next one that was in front of me, the top popped off and yelled. 

((I will be gone for a few hours, I'm going Ice skating))

I saw a silvery blue dragon come out of one of the eggs and smiled, "Aww she's so pretty!"

"Alex, it isn't that. It's just, I've had feelings for you for about a year now, but at first I ignored them because I was only 15 so I wasn't old enough to date yet, according to my mother. Then I turned 16 and the feelings came back with a vengeance, but you didn't seem to like me in the same way, so I came to terms with that. And now I find out you DO actually like me back, I-I just don't know how to feel. Should I be happy that you like me? Or should I feel upset because you never said anything? I'm just really conflicted," I said, forcing myself to keep looking into his brown eyes even while tears threatened to fall from my own eyes. Suddenly, I heard scuffling near the back of the cave and tore my gaze from Alex. "Okay, I don't care if you can't feel the fire like heat coming from somewhere in here, but please tell me you heard that."

"Yeah, I heard that!" I was in shock, not only from the noise, but her words. I wanted to tell her so badly that I liked her, but I didn't think she liked me, so I kept my feelings. I hope that she would be happy, not upset that it was all my fault. I'm an idiot.

((They're both a little idiotic, lol))

Suddenly a thud resonated throughout the cave. Concerned and curious, I ran to see what it was and gasped when I saw it-no, HER.

Sage: "This is huge..."
