I found a nice place for temporary camp, just outside a clothing building, or, the ruins of one at least.

I found a coat and put it on him, then wrapped the blanket around him again.

I set up my tent and went inside of it before wrapping myself into all of the blankets I've had so far.

I found a coat my size and pulled it on, then scooped my brother up and held him close, he was still shivering so I put down a few layers of blankets, then laid down with him and put more blankets over us. He fell asleep and I kept watch.

I woke up some time later. Not to the sound of birds singing, but to the sound of my coughing. I had to take off my gas mask, since it was out of oxygen. I coughed blood into my hand as I went through my bag for a new gas mask. I found one and quickly put it on.

I sucked in my oxygen when I heard someone yell. I rolled my eyes. Why do people always expect an answer to that question? Anyway, I pulled out my knife and stood up. I went into the building to investigate.

I got up carefully and wrapped the blankets around him more, then grabbed my knife.

I walked inside and looked around. "I heard you yell for me, so come out now!"

I slowly walked over, and saw a girl. I recognized her from the store. I held my knife up. "I don't won't trouble, but you even try to hurt me, you die, got it?"

Of course Aiden woke up of course he did, "Em?" I heard him whisper, "What going on?"

"What?"
"I found Candy that's still good," I told him quietly and his eyes widened.
"Rweally?!"
I nodded and gave him a jolly rancher, he immediately stuck it in his mouth and I stood up to talk to the guy who had been coughing.
