I chuckled as the blast doors opened, revealing an enormous circular room that had several levels of platforms and bays holding thousands of varieties of spaececraft. I sped along over the top of the other lanterns fussing with their ships, finally touching down by my own. It was a sleek, small K-1-R-3, a fairly new model. "What do you think?"

"Yes, yes it is." I slowly walked around the vessel. It's shape was roughly that of a closed umbrella with a sawed off handle. I completed a full circle, reaching the tip of the craft. I laid my hand on the rounded point, pressing in and opening a large circle of green and white metal strips; they extended themselves outwards, forming a gigantic football shape. Solid light formed between the strips, turning the whole thing into a large, striped balloon like object.
