((Yes. And... abused by the cultists. The entire group was meant to be a big group of demonic villains. Most of the dark elves stayed with the Occult or ran amuck, but some were rescued. Also, Wood Elve's skin is generally a deep copper color, as well as their eyes, but you can lighten/darken as yhou like.))

((Oh, I forgot one group: the Arachnids. There were only a few of these, but basically they look like humans, but have all of the senses of the elves, and are a bit stronger and faster, with amazing reflexes. Basically: Spiderman. Except only one of them got organic webshooters. And all of them had spiders scarred and seared into their skins, then tatooed in.)) ((No, they're safe with a secret government agency for now.))

I sat on my bed, staring at the ceiling. Man, I was bored. You wouldn't think so, but I was. I've read every stupid book on that shelf and they all had predictable endings.

I tried to down a sip of the stuff, but couldn't hold it in for more than a second. I let out a "RRRaaaagghh!!!" and tossed the blood on the cot. I picked up the plate of food and carefully began cutting into it. I had realised a few days ago that if I wasn't extremely careful, the forks and knives would bend and shatter in my grip. I slipped a bite of the meatloaf into my mouth, tasting the sweet barbeque sauce. But, thanks again to the cultists, I got absolutely no pleasure from eating it. I growled again as I downed more food.

There was the clanging of the locks and I groaned. There he go, the only time I get to see the outside of this stupid room. The door opened and I hopped off my bed. Better to get it over with.

((Wait, don't most of them have joint meals instead of meals in their cells?))

I finished the food and picked up the blood again. I looked around the room and chuckled. "This looks really bad..." I chuckled to myself as I looked around the room at the blood spatters on the wall and floor. I looked down at the blood again and slid out a claw, piercing it. I ripped the bag open, spilling the contents on my white shirt and grey sweats. "Hey!" I waved at the camera. "I need new clothes." I gestured to my stained attire.

Detective Charles Connors of the APCPID (Abnormal and Paranormal Crisis Prevention and Intervention Department) strolled down the deserted hallway, stepping up to the first door. "Dinner time! Up and ready."

"Right this way, miss," the detective said as respectfully as possible as he led the girl down the hall to get the others. He couldn't help but have a bit of a disconcerted tone as he called them out, seeing their abnormal appearance.

I rolled my eyes. Stupid formalities. It made it so much harder to hate this place.
