Nothing Left to Say

Amelia: “Reading, writing, I don’t know nerd stuff? I picked up crocheting just before this all went down.”
Nat: “Thats true.”

Tony: I nodded. "I'm not... good at any of that..."
Draven: I kissed her cheek carefully.

Amelia: “Thats ok, you don’t have to be.”
Nat: I smiled slightly.

Tony: I frowned a bit. No one had ever... really told me that before.
Draven: I hummed a bit, leaning back in my seat and looking at the map again. "I like having the truck alone with you again. It's just like old times."

Amelia: “Not everyone is good at the same things, honestly it would be terrible if everyone was, we need variety for communities to thrive.”
Nat: “Yeah, it is pretty nice.”

Tony: "My handwritting is basically chicken scratch. I can't read that well either. I'm kinda dumb that way."
Draven: I smiled and stared out the window. "Remember, when you had your nights off? We would drive out of the city, to the country, and we'd lay in the back and look at the stars? Where the pollution couldn't reach the galaxy?"

Amelia: “Or did you just never really get the kind of education you needed?”
Nat: I nodded slightly, “The stars were beautiful.”

Tony: "I don't know... teachers never liked me because I wasn't no good at paying attention in class. No one really bothered to ask what was wrong, they just assumed that I was just another stupid kid."
Draven: "Yeah, they were. I remember, spending the night, accidentally falling asleep. We made out so much under the stars, I'm surprised your lips never fell off."

Amelia: I frowned a bit and muttered, “So much for no child left behind.”
Nat: I rolled my eyes, “Uh huh.”

Tony: I scoffed. "Like my foster dad cared. As long as I could get him a beer bottle and make him football nachos, he was fine."
Draven: "We should do that again some time."

Amelia: “Thats still a problem.”
Nat: “Yeah, kinda dangerous to fall asleep in the open though...”

Tony: "I guess?"
Draven: "Yeah, I guess... We can always stay in the car, spend the time by ourselves still."

Amelia: I frowned a bit
Nat: “True.”

Tony: I looked back out the window.
Draven: I smiled a bit, humming. The night came a long time later.

Nat: I parked once it got dark.
Amelia: I parked far enough away from Nat that we would register as two different groups rather than one big group once it got dark.
((Night))

Draven: I hummed a bit, taking out the CD that we currently had in so it was quiet. I moved the middle part up.
Amy: "You two better not start making out like Nat and the Prince of Darkness up there. Not while I'm in the backseat."

Nat: I moved over so I was closer to him.
Amelia: “We barely know each other, calm down.”

Draven: I slid over to meet her in the middle, gently wrapping one of my arms around her.
Amy: "Still." I went back to my research, turning on the light in the car.

Nat: I rested my head on his shoulder and looked out the window.
Amelia: “Ok well I’m taking a nap.”

Draven: I kissed her head and closed my eyes.
Amy: "Alright, have fun with that."

Nat: I stifled a yawn.
Amelia: “I will.” I leaned my seat back a bit.

Draven: I leaned back in the front seat, pulling her down with me. I started to fall asleep.
Tony: I moved my seat back and started to fall asleep as well.

Nat: I relaxed a bit and fell asleep.
Amelia: I grabbed a blanket from the back by Amy and curled up under it.

Draven: I kept her close.
Tony: I used my jacket as a blanket before falling asleep.

Nat: I relaxed and fell asleep.
Amelia: I fell asleep.
