Markus High (Just join in RP)

I heard yelling in the girls' room, but I didn't pay much attention. That question was still bugging me.
"You're a villain." A voice spoke in my head. I nearly jumped out of my bed!
"GET OUT!" I growled at myself, "I DON'T WANT YOU TO TALK TO ME, I DON'T WANT YOU TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO, I DON'T WANT YOU IN MY HEAD!!!"
"Ha. You don't want yourself in your head?" The voice laughed, "Pity. I thought you liked being yourself..."
"My... what?" I gasped.
"That's right. I'm not Mr. John Lee or a weird psychological problem in your head, Markus. I am you; the darker more fun side of you."
"No... I don't believe it."
"Everyone wants to believe that they don't have bad in them. That they don't have an evil side to their personality... but they do, Markus. They all do. Including you..."
"Then why can I hear you!? Other people can't hear both sides of them talk!"
"Something Mr. John Lee's invention did, I suppose. I love that man... he will be our master."
"GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!" I screamed, shocking the side of my head. The voice seemed to fade, but then came the same question again:
"What are you? Nothing? ...Nothing? ...Nothing? ..."
I groaned and plopped on my bed, falling into a dreamless sleep.

((I gotta go to. School is terrible I tell you! Terrible! Bye! ))

I heard Markus scream and quickly run into him room to see if he was okay. He was asleep, so I tried to shut if off, but I just couldn't. Something. Was going on in his hea, and it really had my worried.

"Markus?!" I said, running in. He was asleep, but I could tell he was in discomfort.

I was still tied to the pole listening to my friends' thoughts. I was relieved when they where coming to get me. Unfortunately, they took a detour to go get Analee and events related to that almost resulted in my death. During it, I was listening to Markus's thoughts. He was in so much pain. It's hard to just sit by while someone you really like (like-like) is in tormenting pain. I was about to stop listening when the voice in Markus's head started to say something about me. He was going to kill me for disobeying. ((WOAH! Guys... GUYS!! The voice in Markus's head said that "he" (the antecedent being the voice) was going to kill Tina. But, now we know that the voice is Markus's evil side... Is... Is MARKUS GOING TO ALMOST KILL TINA??!!?!!)) ((Think about it, but, back to my post. . )) I was more alert watching out for any approaching thoughts. I was prepared to convince them to go away as much as I could. I had to convince them so much they would DEFINITELY leave.

After, a few more suspenseful events ((caused by the moffat of this roleplay, Jess...)) Markus, Analee, and of course, Zyta came and got me.
((Time jump!))
I woke up, and immediately reached to my left to get my glasses, and to my hand's surprise, there wasn't a night stand there. I quickly sat up. And looked around. WHERE was I?! It didn't take to long to figure out I was at a hospital. I calmed down and waited for a nurse to come in. Once one did, I immediately asked where my friends where. Using Markus's and Annalee's full names she looked them up only to tell me they had gone home yesterday. Then, I followed up asking what time it was.
"Well, " she said, looked at her wrist, and continued, "One in the morning." She said casualty, as if one in the morning was a normal time to be up.
"You do the night\early morning shift allot, don't you?" I asked, rather than just reading her mind.
She nodded. "Yeah, I tend to have this shift allot."
"Too bad, uh... Hey, do you know where my glasses are?"
"White?"
"Yes!" I hoped she knew where they where.
She turned around, and opened a drawer, pulled something out, and then showed Me. They where my glasses all right... My mangled... Hopefully still working glasses. Although, I was getting better at communicating and socializing than I was last time they broke. I St reached out my hands and she handed my glasses to me. I couldn't see through them, but I was still able to hear thoughts.
'Augh... I'm SOOOOO thirsty!' The nurse silently complained.
I was taught to do good and help others using my power so, "I'm a little thirsty, could you get me some water please?" I asked.
"Yes, I will get that right away." She said turning to leave. Once she left I rumaged though the
rdrawers in the nightstand on my right. I found a deck of cards and played some "throw the cards in the toilet" like Markus had. I finally understood, it was actually strangely entertaining.

I muttered in my sleep, pulling the pillow over my head. I could hear some voices (not in my head) but I didn't really pay much attention to them. I also heard a calming buzzing sound, almost like the electricity in side me was charging.

"Oh, Markus. PLEASE tell me your ok!" I pleaded.

I woke up to the two girls in my messy room. Apparently they had heard me scream, making my slumber very very short.
"Hello?" I asked from my bed, "Can I help you?"

I jumped when Markus woke up. "Markus, are you ok?!" I asked.

"We heard you scream and came in. Are you okay." I asked him. It was probably a little weird that two girls were in his room while he was asleap.

"I'm fine." I lied, "Just... stuff, and I'm tired. Could you please leave?"
"Dinner!" My mom called from downstairs.
"I'm skipping it today!" I yelled back down to her. I put the pillow back over my head and groaned. I know... I'm a 'great' actor.

"Why-Oh, never mind!" I said, throwing my hands in the air and walking out of his room. I went down to dinner.

I took one last look at Markus before leaving. Lets face it, he had me worried. There was something going on with him. I could tell that it was like he was being forced to be evil, or somewhere around there. I know haw that feels, having been through it when my dad turned evil. If he would just talk about it, someone could help him. I walked down the stairs reluctantly to dinner.

"Hows Markus?" My mom asked right when the girls came downstairs. She had the look of a worried mother imprinted into her usually cheery face. My dad was bringing in the grilled chicken and setting up the table for the four.

"Um, I think he's fine. Just tired." I lied. I didn't want her to worry about him. It would be horrible to keep her worrying about him for a long time.

"Mom, can I have five tons of plutonium?" I yelled un-expectantly from my room, "SHUT-UP!" I wailed again.
My mom looked at my dad worriedly. He looked back, a sense of unease crossing his face.
"Lets eat dinner." He said to her, "We can talk to Markus after dinner."
The dinner was silent. They could hear me bumping and pacing about in my room with some random out bursts.
Most of it was me trying to get the voice of evil me out of my head. Other times it was me punishing myself. All I wanted was to lay down on my bed and forget about everything! I clawed at my bed and screamed into my pillow. Almost all the room was charged with my electricity. Sparks flew out every which way from the walls to the knick-knacks on my shelf to my own body.

After dinner, but before his parents came to see him, I knocked on his door and my hand got shocked. Not a huge shock, small, but enough to get me worried. "Markus?" I called into his room. "You okay?" I asked through the still closed door. I wondered briefly if I should try and get that guy who had calmed him down so fast to come over. Markus obviously didn't wan't to talk about what was going on, which was the worst part. I knew what it's like to be forced to be a villain, and it's not fun, but in the end, I had just exepted it. And I didn't want Markus to do that. After all, he is definitely a hero at heart.

"No..." I moaned, hiding under my bed. This wasn't like me. I had never been this scared in all my life. I hated hearing voices. Especially when those voices were just a part of me. I suppose what scared me the most was this wasn't some villain feeding these thoughts to my head... it was me... was I really a villain? I didn't want to be...
Then another thought crossed my mind. In the hospital, the voice had told me that he was going to kill Tina! That was my evil side wanting to kill her! Me wanting to kill her!!!
"Don't come in!" I shuttered. What if my evil side wanted me to kill my other friends too? I couldn't let that happen!

I was still in the hospital the next day. They where really busy trying to get those who are well, unconscious, and not badly injured from the events at the other hospital , home. They kept meaning to to come check me to see if I'm "well" but, it was really hectic at the hospital.
