"We should set out in the morning." I looked at the fire. It was almost just embers now. I quickly stuck some wood and dry grass and blew on it lightly, trying to stoke it.

I got it roaring soon enough and sat next to her again, wrapping my arms around her and rubbing her arms. "It's going to be getting colder."
